At Refine Garage, your confidence in our products is our top priority. We’ve designed our returns and refund procedures to be simple and transparent:

  1. Return Period:
    Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted if more than 30 days have passed.

  2. Return Shipping Charges:
    If your item arrives defective or isn’t as described, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. However, if you decide to return an item simply because you’ve changed your mind, you'll be responsible for paying the shipping fees.

  3. Defective or Damaged Products:
    Should your product be malfunctioning or arrive damaged, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll arrange for a return without any extra charges. Once we confirm the issue, you will either receive a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping fees.

  4. Change of Mind Returns:
    If you no longer want an item, you have 30 days to return it—provided it is unused and in its original packaging. In these cases, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, which will cover the cost of the item itself.

  5. Refund Process:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days. Please note that it might take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement due to processing times by your bank or card issuer.
